Grade 1&2 Mini Soccer

During the ages of seven and eight, our primary focus is to create enjoyable coaching sessions. We believe that by making the sessions fun, we can cultivate a genuine love for the sport among the children. Additionally, this approach helps enhance their skills and capabilities as they grow, particularly in terms of ball skills and eye-foot coordination. It has been truly incredible to witness the development of these young athletes throughout the term.

Their progress became evident during the mini-festivals we participated in. The boys displayed a remarkable enthusiasm and skill on the field, and credit must be given to their dedicated coaches who brought immense energy to the coaching sessions and festivals. Over the course of the term, we had the opportunity to attend five festivals, two of which we organised ourselves. During each mini-festival, the boys engaged in three mini-games, which not only provided valuable playing experience but also taught them important lessons about playing at home, away, and when hosting or being hosted. Furthermore, this structure helped make the travelling aspect more manageable for our boys.

We are immensely proud of the boys' progress and the positive atmosphere that was fostered throughout the term.
