The school considers any concerns very seriously and seeks to deal with complaints fairly and honestly. Please contact the Sixth Form Office at the earliest opportunity if you wish to discuss a problem or difficulty that has arisen; we find that most difficulties can be resolved at this stage. Alternatively, should the concern be particularly sensitive or serious, you may prefer to speak to Mr Colquhoun (Director of Sixth Form). If you feel a concern has not been addressed through informal discussion, please phone the Headmaster's secretary, Ms Byrne, who will send you a copy of the complaints procedure and help you know what to do next.
