Educational and Co-curricular Visits
During the course of the year, your child may be offered the opportunity to take part in visits run by the School. Information about visits will be sent home by email or via the weekly e-news, which will include registration and payment details, and we would be grateful for your prompt response should you wish your child to take part.
Contributions towards visits are payable via your child's ParentPay account and will appear as separate payment items. In cases of extreme financial hardship, please write to the Headmaster who will consider a request for support with the utmost discretion. If you are in receipt of Pupil Premium or Service Premium it is possible to use this funding towards educational visits. Requests should be made via an online request form and a link to this will be included in the visit letter.
Parents are asked to complete one online generic consent form to cover all daytime visits during their time at Challoner's. Parents will be required to complete a separate online consent form for any residential visits undertaken and a separate form will be issued for each residential trip. Please keep us updated on any medical information relating to your child.
