It is obviously very important to have correct records regarding addresses, phone numbers and contact details, so that we can speak to you urgently should the need arise. Please phone the school office on 01494 787500 or email admin@challoners.org to notify us of any changes we need to make.



Medical Details

It is equally important that Matron has an up to date record of your child's medical needs / conditions / healthcare; please send any updates through to matron@challoners.org 


Clarification of Student Name

If your son or daughter has changed their legal name, by deed poll or through a change of the child’s birth certificate, it is essential that you inform us so that we can update our systems. Similarly, please advise us if a student is referred to by a preferred name at school which does not reflect the full name on their official documentation. 



Exam Certificates


Notifying us of any changes is particularly important as your child moves up the school and we enter them for external exams such as GCSEs and A levels. When exam certificates are printed by exam boards they will only include a student's first name and last name. Students can check how their name will appear on certificates by logging into the Student Portal (under My School Profile / My Public Exams / View My Examination Arrangements). Any changes should be submitted to parents@challoners.org  by the deadline of 31 January in the year in which they sit their external examinations. After this date, any changes will incur a cost.
