The school takes any concerns very seriously and seeks to deal with all complaints fairly and honestly. Please contact your child's Key Stage Team Leader or the Student Development Office at the earliest opportunity if you wish to discuss a problem or difficulty that has arisen; we find that most difficulties can be resolved at this stage. Alternatively, should the concern be particularly sensitive or serious, you may prefer to speak to our Deputy Headteacher, Student Development.
