Travel Arrangements

For information and advice from Buckinghamshire Council with regard to any of the following please visit:

Please note that, since September 2019, some school routes are now provided by commercial coach companies, including Ashwood Travel (649, 652 & 653) and Imperial Coaches (DCG1) which set their own ticket pricing and should be contacted in the first instance with any issues or questions regarding those routes or to arrange replacement bus passes.

Most pupils do not qualify for free home to school transport. Buckinghamshire Council offers the option of paid-for transport to pupils funded on an annual basis by parents or carers. This is discretionary; transport is not guaranteed and is only offered on existing school bus services where there is sufficient capacity.

Free home to school transport is only normally available where you meet the criteria in the Home to School Transport Policy. In most cases Buckinghamshire Council will advise parents of eligibility for free transport when a school place is allocated.

For general enquiries or concerns contact Buckinghamshire Council Client Transport on 01296 387439

Bus passes must be carried on all journeys and if a student does not have his pass on him, he may be refused travel. If a bus pass is lost or damaged you should apply for a replacement online as soon as possible from Buckinghamshire Council.  Matron can arrange for a temporary 5 day User Ticket without charge in the interim.
