Hello! My name is Justin Diju Mathai currently a sophomore at North Clarkstown High School. I am researching photoresists and stochastic effects of photolithography. Outside of science research, I participate in Robotics, National History Day, and Science Olympiad. I enjoy tinkering and working with computers in my free time. For my mid-year presentation I presented the article "Stochastic effects in EUV lithography". A article on stochastic effects in EUV lithography describing failures in NOK(CD) comparing materials and conditions of photoresists.
