BPOA owners, Thank you very much for the healthy turnout and lively discussion for our annual meeting on Saturday.
The good news is that we accomplished 4 goals:
Our Piedmont Natural Gas rep, Late Klein was able to answer questions from our owners.
A Carolina Water Service project manager was able to explain the Ironclad Effluent Pond Decommissioning project to our owners.
We approved our minutes from our 5 April 2025 general meeting
We approved our 2026 budget.
Unfortunately, we had to suspend the meeting when our venue ran out of time, so we are reconvening this meeting on Tuesday 21 October 2025 at 418 Lakeview Drive.
We will host a social hour at 5:30PM followed by reconvening our annual meeting at 6:30PM.
All of our owners are welcome to join us.
We intend to complete the remaining agenda by 7:30PM.
We will stick to the remaining agenda detailed in the attached MSPowerPoint slides.
We will defer all new business discussion and motions until the end of our new business items on the agenda.
We will discuss and answer questions about covenant change balloting, but will not vote on any of the covenant change proposals.
