Overview

Check here for up-to-date news about the BPOA including Newsletters and Initiatives as well as other important information about our surrounding community including roads, residential development and commercial development.

News may be from any source which is summarized and updated on a periodic basis by specified volunteers until the deemed "old" news at which point it will be moved to the historical subsection of the News section.  Examples of News are US 17 bypass, other roads, new shopping centers, golf course sales, etc.

Newsletters

The BPOA has maintained a newsletter on at least an annual basis for years.  As the area grows, it is becoming more difficult to provide the information you need in a periodic letter but we intend to keep this effort moving forward.

We'll try to keep you up to date on road improvements in the area from repaving to bypass efforts affecting us.

Commercial and Residential Development

The HOA does it best to monitor commercial and residential developments in our area.  

• For commercial we include master development plans impacting the US 17 corridor from Scotts Hill (Sidbury Road) to Surf City (210). 

• For residential development we limit the searches to the area near the US 17, Country Club Drive and Sloop Point Loop Road.
