This section of the site is devoted to important documents and information about the BPOA (Governing Documents, Initiatives, Treasurer and pertinent news)
Closing assessments by the HOA provide delinquent and current fees for the seller as well as the buyer responsibilities for new and future membership fees.
The principal documents governing an HOA are the North Carolina Planned Community Act (NC GS 47F GSA), the Declaration of Restrictions defined during the chartering of the planned community and Home Owners Association as well as the By-laws which are policy definitions within the framework of the other governing documents.
We hold General Membership Meetings twice a year.
The meetings of the BPOA Board occur monthly or as needed.
Monthly meetings include a report from the Treasurer and standing committees (e.g., Welcome, Beautification, Architecture, Roads).
