We received an overwhelmingly positive response. It was so wonderful to see how much love our magazine got from readers. We are so grateful for the amount of support that we received and can’t wait to introduce you to our newest issue!
Speaking of...
A while ago the NQW staff met to discuss our next theme for the month of May. Considering the fact that May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we came to the conclusion that it should be the theme of our next issue. Mental health can be a sensitive topic, but it’s so important to talk about.
It’s been a year now since the pandemic began, and COVID has made so much of life difficult for people. What we thought was going to be two weeks off of school turned into us being stuck at home, locked up in our houses, and staring at a computer screen for 8 hours every day. So much stress and anxiety has taken root, and it’s become so easy to lose motivation, especially when you’re only holding on by a thread.
Battling with mental health can feel very lonely. In some of our articles, there are tips and sources that you can use to help deal with stress, anxiety, and anything else. Remember: you are loved, you are so worthy of love, and I'm so glad you’re here.
Take care,
