April 15 - 19

After a great trip to NASA last week, we hit the ground running on Monday. Students worked hard all week learning about capacity, place value, and poetry. We even created our very own HAIKU poems using capacity as the theme, instead of nature. Boy, do I have some creative minds in this class!

Congratulations to Phoebe Vandever! She will be spending the afternoon with me on Tuesday after school for the 3rd grade play date that was auctioned off at the Color Run. I can't wait to eat pizza with her and paint!!
