Overview
Researching and gathering the content for your slides is the first step to creating your presentation. Building and formatting your slides to convey information in a meaningful and appealing way is the next step.
In this section, you will
copy, cut, and paste text
format and modify textboxes, fonts, styles, size, and colour
align text and change line spacing
promote and demote text
add and modify bulleted and numbered lists
add and modify WordArt
apply themes
Before you begin, complete all of the readings and videos below.

Instructions
Step 1: Open your Career Connections slideshow.
Step 2: Format and modify the slides in your slideshow. Remember to format the text ensuring the font size, type, and colour is readable:
limit the amount of text you include on each slide to 15 words maximum at size 24 minimum by cutting and pasting information to new slides OR to your speaker notes as necessary
modify and format text boxes as necessary
experiment with bulleted and numbered lists
promote and demote text as necessary
align text and adjust the line spacing
ensure changes save as you go
Step 3: Review the Rubric. The Rubric contains the same criteria that will be used to assess your final project, so getting feedback from your teacher on your Career Connections project will help you in completing your final project.
