At this stage in your life, you may be starting to think about your future and possible career paths you may wish to take. That is awesome news! Knowing what you are good at and what you are interested in will go a long way to helping you make career decisions. As you gain more life experience and develop new skills, you will find yourself starting to reassess your career decisions.
Explore self-assessment tools on the ALIS website to identify your values, skills, interests, and beliefs and begin making connections to potential career pathways that best suit you. Create an inventory of your personal skills and attributes, and match them with appropriate career options. Spend some time exploring this Web site; there are a number of activities that will guide you on your career path. Note: If you have already done this in CALM, go to step 5.
