There are two important processes to consider for the end of each year: the student process and the staff process.
Students:
Complete progress reports according to the student's annual timeline
Utilize the elementary report card guidance as related to your position
Ensure the correct processes and requirements are completed for all 12th graders (see document below).Ā
Staff:
Complete the End of Year Checkout process using the Due Process Guidance (see document below) and the checkout documents (below)
Items that do not need to be filed in due process documents:
Internal documents that would not have been previously filed in paper due process file and are not shared with parents (i.e. running record data, student schedule/application of program implementation etc)
Things that we do not scan into history (we maintain in paper files):
Protocols (go in clasp envelop with students name and date of birth on the outside)
