Explanation
Guidance:
Must include current academic year as well as the following academic year. There must ALWAYS be two academic years of courses on the IEP
Projection of future coursework, updated annually
This is not just a list of classes needed to graduate. There should be a correlation to and a support of the postsecondary goals.
Must list specific classes. You can not be vague such as saying "Electives." Similarly, for a student with a moderate to severe disability that takes functional classes, you can not put "Functional Classes," buy would instead list classes titles that describe course content.
SpEd Forms has drop downs organized into categories to help you complete this section.

SpEd Forms
Use the courses of study fields to show the school year, grade level, and courses. Remember, you must address minimally the current and next school year.
Use the comments section to address additional information, class substitutions (ex: functional math instead of Algebra II, Resource instead of an elective). There are drop downs with starter statements that you can edit to fit the student. You can also address graduating based upon the IEP (when class substitutions for grad required courses are made) and if the team has determined a transition program is appropriate.
Indicate the month and year of graduation. Remember, a student going to transition should list graduation year as when they would complete transition, not high school.
