After the Meeting: Must be completed by 10 School Days after meeting
Write the IEP with all changes and updates derived from the meeting.
Each service provider is responsible to input their own information (ex: service, PLAAFP, goal, accommodations, etc)
Finalize and/or upload whichever document you used to indicate meeting attendance (see options on the Attendance website section)
Finalize and/or upload whichever document you used as your agenda and notes to capture meeting discussion and decisions made. This could be: the Record of a Team Meeting in SpEd Forms, one of the BCCS agenda templates, your meeting slides/presentation. The discussion at the meeting and decisions made not only guide how the IEP is drafted but all of those decisions need to be placed on the PWN. EX: ESY eligibility was discussed and Xstudent is not eligible based on data reviewed. The team discussed increasing services but rejected this option because xstudent's needs can be met with the new accommodation of teacher assignment check in's in gen ed weekly.
Complete the Prior Written Notice (PWN). and finalize. The date you finalize must be the date you indicated on the PWN that it was sent to the parent/guardian.

Send home of the finalized IEP and PWN within 10 school/contact days. All components of the PWN must be in family’s home language.
Send home, the finalized Behavior Support Plan (BSP) if applicable
Highlight where the parent/guardian needs to check, sign, and return.
After Receiving the Signed PWN or 14-day Lapse
If the PWN was signed, upload to student history in SpEd Forms.
If the BSP is returned with parent/guardian signature, upload to student history in SpEd Forms.
