In SpEd Forms...

On each student's SpEd Forms screen, you will find links to Procedural Safeguards documents under both the Referral and Evaluation folder and the Service Plan folder. Click the document symbol in front of the words of the words for English. Click SP for Spanish, HM for Hnong, or SO for Somali. SpEd Forms makes efforts to ensure these are the most recent documents provided by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).
