Collaborate with school staff to identify students who would benefit from the program, communicate regularly with families about attendance, recognize consistent attendance, and use attendance data to monitor participation and improve retention.

Provide students with leadership roles, involve them in planning activities, collect regular student feedback, and offer opportunities for peer mentoring and service-learning projects.
