October is the time where people get into the spooky spirit. Many students have some fun things planned for Halloween.
37% of students are planning to go to a party, 17.4% of students are trick or treating, and others plan to hand out candy, curl up inside, or just don’t know what they are doing yet.
Everyone has different opinions on what they believe is the best part of Halloween, for some, it’s the costumes.
“The costumes, I like to see how creative people are,” Sophomore Stephen Oehler said.
Others believe that the candy is the best part of Halloween.
“I get to stuff my face with candy without any judgement,” Freshman Mia Siefert said.
And others believe that the presence of friends and family is the best part of Halloween.
“I get to hang out with friends and the cute appetizers at the parties. Also with the extra candy not passed out our family takes the candy to a buy back and the candy goes to the military,” Freshman Sophia Wagner said.
The creativity with costumes around Halloween amazes lots of people.
Some students came up with very creative ideas for costumes, such as Lydia Deetz, Barbie cowgirl, Jack Skellington, and the Little Ceasers guy.
Halloween is one of everyone’s favorite holidays and loved by millions around the world, and the overall vibe makes everyone happy.
“All the food, candy, and fall scents,” Sophomore Erin Lowenstine said.
