Peach Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups frozen peaches 10 ounces, thawed for 5 minutes
1 medium-sized banana cut into 1-inch chunks
½ cup milk unsweetened*
¼ cup yogurt plain
1-2 Tbsp. sweetener optional
1 tsp. lime zest optional
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Place the softer ingredients closer to the blade and the frozen ingredients further from the blade.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
Serve with diced peaches, additional lime zest, and a straw.
Pineapple & Mango Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups frozen pineapple thawed for 5 minutes
1 ¼ cups frozen mango thawed for 5 minutes
1 cup baby spinach fresh
½ cup milk unsweetened*
¼ cup yogurt plain*
1-2 Tbsp. sweetener optional
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Place the softer ingredients closer to the blade and the frozen ingredients further from the blade.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
Serve with diced pineapple, mango, and a straw.
Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ½ cups milk or dairy-free milk (12 oz.)
½ cup ice
2 bananas
2 kiwis
2 tablespoons honey
1-2 scoops plain or vanilla protein powder (approx. 1 serving)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Directions
Place milk (or dairy-free milk), ice, bananas, kiwi, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add in the protein powder and chia seeds, and blend for 10 more seconds, or until the protein powder is mixed in.
Spoon the kiwi smoothie into two 12 -16oz. glasses.
