Recipes from a Redhead: Valentine's Day Extravaganza

Valentine’s Day is a day of love and romance. It’s also a time of spoiling your loved one with sugary desserts; most specifically, chocolate covered strawberries.

The exotic ingredients will include:

• 1 pt. strawberries
• 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 T coconut oil

The directions are as follows:

1. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet
2. In a small microwave bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted
3. Dip strawberries in chocolate and place them on prepared baking sheet
4. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes

Now that all of the steps are complete, you can now bring them to your loved one for them to enjoy. Your partner will love the thought and care you put into these strawberries that they just can’t leave you. Have a phenomenal Valentine's Day.
