Halloween is a favorite holiday for many satanic beings. But how many Badin students will be celebrating Halloween by trick-or-treating?
Halloween is a favorite for kids and adults of all ages. The results of a survey, 37 out of 97 people said that they were going to go trick-or-treating. 47 out of 97 people said they weren’t going to go trick-or-treating. The rest of the responses weren’t sure what they were going to do.
“I wore a banana costume last year with a tie on it to be a presidential banana and I want to do it again. The holiday itself is deemed childish, but it’s good to express yourself one day in a year,” sophomore Jonathan Polido said.
Students gave reasons why they were or weren’t going to trick-or-treating. The main reason for going is for the free candy and the main reason for not going is because the students are too old.
“I have better things to do,” sophomore Seth Wasburn-Moses said. “I’m going to be watching “The Shining” that night.”
