Black Friday Survey

Black Friday is a crazy time every year right before Christmas. Deals are great and people are buying out stores. On Black Friday, many people have different experiences when they go. I asked many students at Badin how they felt about Black Friday. Freshman, Hailey Lipp, goes to Black Friday every year.

“We go shopping through a lot of different stores and get our Christmas tree and we normally go at 5 am,” said Lipp.

Many people like to go early in the morning to get the best items and try to stay out of the crowd. Some people have had interesting experiences at Black Friday. Sophomore, Dominic Seigel, had that interesting event happen to him.

“Someone one time, when I was grabbing something, grabbed it out of my hand and went ‘oh better luck next time’,” said Seigel.

Others have to work on Black Friday and it gets crazier every year. Many workers have gotten yelled at and had horrible experiences. Junior, Joey Stidham, told me about one time he was working on Black Friday.

“I was struck with a purse when we ran out of TVs,” said Stidham.

Black Friday can be a fun time for you and your family, especially if you’re getting a Christmas tree. It can also be a crazy and awful time for you if your working or not. Black Friday is full of surprising experiences and a lot of memories.
