Recipes From a Redhead: Buffalo Chicken Dip

March Madness is the time where families and friends gather around the TV to watch their favorite team play basketball. During that time they eat many snacks; a great example would be Buffalo Chicken Dip.

The ingredients include:

  • 2 C pulled rotisserie chicken -shredded
  • 2 C mozzarella cheese -divided
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese -softened & cubed
  • 3/4 C buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 C ranch dressing

Instructions are as follows:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, the cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to the baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite scooping snack
