Abstract
Optimization of a microfluidic tumor-on-chip (Breast Cancer) device design in order to increase the success of surface treatment preparation steps to allow for extensive cell culturing experimentation. Moreover, the design optimizations are to potentially achieve a smaller form-factor of device that will provide comparable performance and consistency in experiments whilst building the foundation for a higher throughput device design that can ultimately be applied to a ‘credit card’/multi-chip PDMS layout for use in an automated multi-pipette apparatus [1].
