About Higher Geography
Advanced Higher Geography is a course carried out mainly in Scottish schools to develop the knowledge gained from Broad General Education, National 4 & 5 Geography and Higher Geography.
The course content is set out by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) which also facilitates the end of year exam and submitted course work aspects of the subject.
This website should allow you to navigate through the subject material, completing tasks, checking your learning, and then challenging yourself with the end of unit assessments and SQA style questions. While you navigate through this course at your own speed you should seek assistance from a registered Scottish Geography teacher to keep you on track. Ideally, you would look for a weekly check-in just to ask any questions and prevent challenging sections from becoming overwhelming.
