We employ a team of dedicated staff, 13 of whom are teachers and 18 are part-time support staff. Our Team of support staff include our Director for Safeguarding and Well-being, Learning and Teaching assistants, Reading assistants and Sports coach. In addition to the learning support staff we have the admin team who provide a warm welcome and ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Our Pupil Admission Number (PAN) is 30 with an attached 30 full-time equivalent (FTE) place Nursery setting and 16 place 2 year old provision, Remarkable Rebels.
The Principal is Mrs Helen Steele who is supported by Miss Angela Barry, Vice Principal and lead for Safeguarding and Wellbeing; Mrs Gemma Hutchinson, Vice Principal, Teaching, Learning, Curriculum and Assessment lead; Miss Kate Pounder, Assistant Vice Principal, Early Years &KS1 Team Leader lead for phonics and early reading; Mrs Sophie Thompson, Assistant Vice Principal, KS2 Team Leader and Lead for English.
We have 8 classes along with 2 year old provision and our 3-4 year old Nursery setting, all of which are supported by the Learning and Teaching Assistants who help to ensure that our pupils receive individual support, care and challenge. In addition we have our Thrive inspired ‘Nurture Group’ provision which was established to support and meet the needs of some of our most vulnerable pupils so that everyone is challenged to achieve their potential.
