Ingredients (2 servings) :
16 oz low-fat milk
1 tbsp dried chamomile buds
2 tsp dried lavender buds
1-2 tsp honey (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Heat milk in a sauce pan until very hot, but be careful to not boil it.
Turn off the heat and add lavender and chamomile into the hot milk. Let the buds steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain the milk.
Add honey and vanilla essence and mix well.
Serve it in a cup. Add ice if you want it to be cold.
