Our recipes are mostly low in fat, and most of the recipes are not spicy, which suits the diet. But luckily for you, we spared you from the need of eating a salad in this diet. That's right, in this diet, there are no salads.

Our recipes mainly consists of ingredients that can be found easily and are not expensive. Due to the situation as of right now, we understand and relate that going out to obtain ingredients are more difficult than before. So, we tried to make our recipes share a few same ingredients that are not difficult to find or expensive.
We also know that some of you have to attend online classes, and might lack the time to prepare meals for yourselves, so we tried to come up with simple and relatively easy recipes which can be done in a short period of time or prepared the night before, especially for lunch and breakfast.
We also believe that if you were to prepare your own meals, you would not only appreciate it more, but also feel good about yourselves for not burdening the food delivery man who are putting their lives at risk at the front lines.
