Why should you eat this?
Taro and sweet potatoes are complex carbs, so they will keep you full and energized for a long time . Besides that, adding milk into this dish increases the amount of calcium, which can be beneficial for sleep.

Ingredients:
440g taro, cubed
100g purple sweet potato, cubed
15g honey
125ml low fat/ plant-based milk
Steam taro and purple sweet potato until soft and fork tender. (About 30 mins)
Drain them if there's excess water and mash them in a bowl with a fork and a sieve. (if you want a chunkier texture, just use a fork)
Pour in milk and honey and mix until combined.
Serve with milk, mochi, or spread on bread.
