5. Reading Log

On this page I have created a new reading log form. Only use it for when you start a new book. If you are continuing to read a book you have already filled out with the old form don't use this one. The old one is underneath.

Each day fill in this reading log to keep a record of what you have read. The summary needs only to be very brief. So you have your own record of the summaries write the in a google doc and copy and paste them into this form.
