Troubleshooting Email Problems

If you are experiencing issues sending emails after your email provider updates to TLSv1.2, you may need to update the version of your mail.jar in your webapp.  Check the version of your mail.jar in the webapp's /WEB-INF/lib folder. If it is below version 1.6.4 (mail-1.6.4.jar) you will need to update to at least that version level.
