The Payroll Dashboard can be found on the 'Home' tab - it provides the user with easy and immediate access to key payroll related information with data summarised and displayed in one of a number of different graphical formats. The out of the box Payroll Dashboard consists of 5 reports. The Dashboard can be configured with additional reports being added or existing reports modified or removed.
The standard reports associated with the Payroll Dashboard are:
Employees on Payroll: number of Employee paid in the Pay Run per Employer
Total Net Pay: Monthly Net Pay by Employer
New Joiners: Number of Joiners per pay Run
Leavers: Number of Leavers per Pay Run
Absences: Leave Requests that affect pay this month
Click on the Open button on top right of Dashboard to open full screen. This will hide the Tasks, Recent Records and User Guide section.
The data within each of the reports is real-time data, however the Dashboard is a snapshot of the reports at any given point in time. The Dashboard must therefore be refreshed to ensure the data is fully up to date. The system will show when the Dashboard was last refreshed in the header section of the Dashboard. Click the Refresh button to refresh the Dashboard.
Click on the Subscribe button to schedule automatic refreshes of the Dashboard. The refresh can be scheduled every day, week or month. Also add recipients of an email advising that the Dashboard has been refreshed.
