Where Will Amazing Happen This Year?

The NBA playoffs are in full swing with shocking games going down from the East to the West.
In the NBA, there are four rounds of basketball. In round one, there are 16 teams. The teams will face off in a best of seven series. In the end, one team from the east conference, and one team from the west will play for the championship.
In the west conference, the Houston Rockets have taken the series 4 games to 1 over the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Oklahoma City Thunder have lost to the Utah Jazz 4 games to 2. The Golden State Warriors have won their series over the San Antonio Spurs 4 games to 1.
The New Orleans Pelicans swept the Portland Trail Blazers 4-0. It was a quick playoff round for the Trail Blazers.
After being asked what he thinks about the playoffs, Spencer F. told us, “The Rockets will play against Golden State, and it’ll be the hardest challenge and then when they go to the championship, the Rockets will win it.”
Over in the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers have beat the Indiana Pacers 4-3. The Boston Celtics beat the Milwaukee Bucks 4-3. The Toronto Raptors finally beat the Washington Wizards 4-2. The Philadelphia 76ers have won their series over the Miami Heat 4-2; this is the first series win in many years for the Sixers.
In the second round, the Golden State Warriors have a 3-1 lead over the New Orleans Pelicans. During game two, Warriors point guard Stephen Curry returned with a solid 28 points to help the Warriors win game 2.
The Houston Rockets are winning 3-1 with the Utah Jazz. Donovan Mitchell helped the Utah Jazz take a game with 17 points, and 11 assists.
Back to the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers are on a roll, winning their series 4-0. LeBron James helped the Cavs with 26 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists in game 1, while game 2 LeBron James had an outstanding 43 points, 8 rebounds, and 14 assists. In game 3, LeBron James had a clutch buzzer beater to win the game over the Raptors.
The Boston Celtics are beating the Philadelphia 76ers 3-1. Although the Celtics All-star point guard Kyrie Irving is out with an injury, the Celtics are holding strong. In game 2, Jaylen Brown for the Celtics returns, to help the Celtics mount a 20 point comeback to steal game 2 from the Sixers. The Sixers, when facing elimination, take the win in game four.
So, the playoffs are here and full of excitement, and people can only wonder, who will win the NBA championship.

Ohio Hunting Regulations

Do hunters need some advice before they go out hunting? Hunting in Ohio is big for most people.
There are many rules that apply for older and younger hunters. Some of the rules are that all hunters, regardless of age, must carry a valid hunting license to hunt or trap game in Ohio. Hunting deer, turkey, waterfowl, or hunting of furbearers requires the hunter possess an additional, game-specific permit. License and permits purchased at retail outlets will be printed on plain white paper. The paper can be cut or folded down. It is highly recommended that people protect their licenses and permits.
Anyone applying for a hunting license, except an apprentice license, is required to successfully complete a hunter education course. Applicants must present a previously held hunting license and present evidence of having successfully completed a hunter education course from any state. Hunters 15 years of age and younger and those of any age hunting with an apprentice license must be with an adult.
A permanent customer identification number will be assigned to all applicants of hunting or fishing license. Every youth and adult who applies for any license or permit is required to provide their Social Security Number (SSN). Federal Statute 42 requires the SSN of any person to who the state issues a recreational hunting or fishing license. Applicants must also declare their residency and provide their full name, date and birth, gender, mailing address, height, weight, hair color, color, and eye color. Non-U.S. citizens who are also nonresidents of Ohio will be asked for an alternative form of identification as a substitute for the SSN.
An Ohio resident is a person who has resided in the state of Ohio for the past six consecutive months. All others are considered nonresidents and must purchase a nonresident license.
There is a lot of safety when it comes to deer hunting. Hunting any wild animal except
waterfowl from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset during the youth deer gun season, deer gun season, the deer muzzleloader season is unlawful unless the hunter is visibly wearing a vest, coat, jacket, or coveralls that are either solid hunter orange or camouflage hunter orange. This requirement applies statewide on both public and private land. In the county of Huron County, hunters are allowed to harvest two doe and one buck. When someone harvests a deer, they need to make up a game tag that includes Hunter’s name, date of harvest, time of harvest, and county of kill. When someone harvests a buck with antlers three inches or lower, that can be counted as a doe. In the state of Ohio, there are about 186,247 whitetail deer tagged in.
Young hunters 17 years old and younger at the time they purchase their youth hunting license and deer permit, and who is accompanied by a non hunting adult, may hunt. Deer taken by young hunters during the youth deer gun season count toward the county and statewide bag limits. All youth and non-hunting adults must wear hunter orange.
Turkey hunting is also a very fun sport for some people. Many people get into turkey hunting as like it is a competition. It is unlawful to hunt or take turkeys with the aid or use of bait. An area is considered baited for ten days after complete removal of any bait. It is also unlawful to use a live decoy while hunting turkeys. It is also not legal to possess or use an electronic calling device while hunting a turkey. ` A successful turkey hunter can aid or assist another hunter who is hunting turkey. A permit has been filled in, and he or she does not carry any hunting implement commonly used to kill wild animals, and has a valid hunting license. Those people exempted from having a hunting license and turkey permits for turkey hunting on their property are required to have a hunting license and turkey permit to aid another hunter off of their property or hunt turkey off their property. Hunters who harvest must immediately make a game tag with the hunter's name, date, time, and country of harvest and attach the complete game tag to the turkey at the place where it fell.
Hunting for many people can be really fun. There are many things about hunting that can be really fun.
Barbara Bush: Wife, Mother, First Lady, Second Lady

Barbara Bush was the second lady to ever be the wife and mother of the President of United States (after Abigail Adams). Barbara Bush was born on June 8th, 1925 in New York City, and died on April 17th, 2018 in Houston, Texas. She was married to George H.W. Bush, the 41st president and was married to him while he was the vice president making her the second lady for eight years of the United States and was the mother of George W. Bush, the 43rd president of the United States.
She also had five kids. Their names are George, Jeb, Pauline (Robin), Dorothy, Neil, and Marvin. Pauline died of Leukemia at the age of only four years old. Barbara named Pauline after her mother.
Mrs. Bush started a foundation called the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy. Her foundation taught people that couldn’t read how to read and how to have a good education. She chaired the foundation until 2012, then she resigned, but stayed active until her death.
Mrs. Bush was a life member at the University Cancer Foundation Board of Visitors for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas. When Barbara Bush was younger, she attended the Smith College from 1943-1944.
Bush was then diagnosed with Graves’ disease, which is an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid in 1988. Later in 2008, she then went to a hospital in Houston after complaining about stomach pains. She was diagnosed with a perforated ulcer and had surgery to correct her problem. Later that year, she went through heart surgery and relapsed in her Graves’ disease. She was then hospitalized again with bronchitis and then 2 years later she reveals that she has been in and out of the hospital. She then passed away on April 17th, 2018.
Barbara Bush was the leader of a foundation that she set up on her own and led to help kids live better lives. She was a wife, a mother, the second lady of the U.S, and the first lady of the U.S.

What do people know about McDonalds? In 1940, McDonalds started as a little burger joint in San Bernardino, California. The owners were Ray Kroc, Richard and Maurice McDonald. Richard and Maurice are brothers. In 1955, the McDonald family turned the burger stand into a fast food restaurant.
The first McDonald’s was known for its hamburgers. A basic hamburger cost 15 cents. In a single day about 68 million people go to McD’s. McDonald's is the fourth largest employer in the world with 1.5 million employees. In just the United States, there are 1 million employees at McDonald’s. The Headquarters of McDonald's is located in Oak Brook, IL. The first Mcdonald's drive-through started in Sierra Vista, Arizona, in 1975. McDonald’s mascot is Ronald McDonald the clown. In 1962, the “Golden Arches” became their logo because it symbolized the first letter of McDonalds, and it dominated the earlier restaurant rooftops.
McDonalds has a 12 person crew and everyone has a specific job like the cashier, cook, and janitor. The McDonald brothers sold the business to Ray Kroc for 2.7 million dollars in 1961. It started when the brothers bought eight malts and shake mixers from him. Ray Kroc then went to McDonalds to see how the business was doing and later a few years after Richard and Maurice sold the company to Ray.
“Our whole concept was based on speed, lower prices and volume,” said Richard McDonald.
McDonalds is a successful business and has served 99 billion.

Have you ever heard of Kane Brown? Kane Brown was born on Oct. 21, 1993. He is 24 years old and he is engaged to Katelyn Jae
Kane was raised in rural Northeast Georgia and the Red Bank, Tennessee. He was raised by his single mother, his family, and was sometimes homeless. He was abused by his step-dad. People would make fun of him because of his skin color.
He started to do covers also known as a redo of country singer’s songs and post them on social media. His cover of Lee Brice's "I Don't Dance" got very popular and people started to notice the video on Facebook. His cover of George Strait's "Check Yes or No" released on September 30, 2015 went viral and received over seven million views. That’s when his singing career took off.
Now he sings country songs of his own. Some of his songs are: “What Ifs” ft. Lauren Alaina, “Heaven”, “Used to Love You Sober”, and “What’s Mine Is Yours”.
He has been nominated for a couple of awards like: in 2017 for the ACM (American Country Music) Awards, he was nominated for New Male Vocalist of the Year, Breakthrough Video of the Year, in 2017 CMT Music Awards. This year he was nominated for New Male Vocalist of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year at the ACM Awards.
All in all, Kane Brown had a rough life, but has a successful music career.

Google was founded on September 4, 1998. Google was created so anyone can find information on the internet that they were looking for.
The founders of Google and the company are Larry Page and Sergey Brin. They founded Google in the most bizarre place, their garage. Google used to have two names. The older name was Googol, a mathematical term. It is also an acronym (abbreviation formed from other words) for global organization of oriented group language of Earth. Then they changed their name to Google.
In 2013 Google made 58.8 billion dollars but now they make 100,000,000 dollars a day. Google gets most of their money from advertisements. There are 40,000 searches a second. This means that there are over 3.5 billion searches a day.
Google was created as a research project for the founders. Google also created many services such as Gmail, Google Documents, Google Slides, Google Drawings, Google Sheets, Google Classroom, Google Chrome, and many more. Google has also created Youtube, a video sharing website, for mostly Americans.
Anyone can stream Youtube videos or they can create a Youtube video for others to watch. Anyone can create a Youtube channel, where you post videos and stream videos. Youtube now operates as one of Google’s subsidiaries.
Google has also created many devices such as Android. Google has created the Google Pixel and the Google Pixel 2. Google has sold 3.9 million google Pixel phones in 2017. Google has made more devices such as the Google Home, Google Wifi, Daydream view, and a high-quality VR. Google has also created a new computer called the Google Pixel Book.
Google is still a very successful search engine and a very successful company.
What Does The Giraffe Say? Facts about the interesting life of the giraffe and its crazy sound

The tallest mammal on Earth is the giraffe. It lives in grasslands, savannas, and woodlands in most of Africa. No two giraffes have the same pattern.
Males can grow up to 18 feet tall, while females can grow up to 14 feet tall, and the calves are born six feet tall. Giraffes are gifted with such long legs because they need them to reach food at the high branches. Their back legs are shorter than their front legs. Their necks are not actually long enough to reach the ground. A giraffe's neck is around six feet long and weighs 600 pounds. Giraffes weigh between 100 and 150 pounds when born, and when fully mature, males weigh 2,600 pounds and females weigh 1,800 pounds.
Giraffes are herbivores and eat almost 100 pounds of food every day. Their favorite food is the Acacia tree. They eat the leaves and twigs. They also eat Mimosa, a tree with large leaves, wild apricot trees, and some fruit. Their long tongue, which is almost 18-20 inches (almost two feet) long, helps them eat food. Their tongues have been described as blue, black, and purple with a pink base, but the same idea of a dark color is sure. Their tongues are like this to prevent sunburn.
Giraffes are very social animals. They travel in groups called towers; these groups usually have around 15 giraffes led by an adult male. The other members are females and young males. The males called bulls fight by butting their long necks and heads to determine who is stronger; this is called “necking.”
Mama giraffes give birth to live babies after 14 months of gestation. Giraffes give birth while standing up and makes the baby giraffe fall almost five feet to the ground. Surprisingly, the baby giraffe is able to walk within 30 minutes and are able to run with their mother in a few hours. They live for about 25 years in the wild and 40 years in captivity.

Giraffes don’t sleep much; they sleep from about ten minutes to two hours a day, and when they do sleep, they don’t lay down.
Giraffes can run as fast as 35 miles an hour or cruise as fast ten miles an hour. Giraffes might be the tallest animal in the world, but they are still threatened by several animals such as lions, leopards, hyenas, Nile crocodiles, and some people. They can’t outrun all of their predators so they need a way to defend themselves. Giraffes defend themselves by using their front legs to kick the predators. Their legs are strong enough to kill a lion and have been known to decapitate lions.
Giraffes are considered to be very powerful and graceful animals.
