This course is designed to help you get familiar and comfortable with the Data Wise Improvement Process, a framework used to organize collaborative cycles of inquiry. Using a case study approach, you will go through each step of the process and learn strategies and tools to: build you and your team's’ assessment literacy, responsibly use data to uncover what students are struggling with, gather instructional data, and use all of your findings in order to create an action plan that measures the effectiveness of new instructional moves.
Browse these videos, slide decks, and teacher team-created resources to learn from BPS teacher leaders, teams, ILTs, and school leaders who have implemented inquiry cycles and presented their takeaways, reflections, and lessons learned.
