9:15-9:30 Revisiting September: What is one thing you identified as a focus from the 20 coach tips rating grid (in your Google Drive), and what is one step you have taken?

9:30-10:15 What is your coaching situation? Book Creator

• Sketch out your coach situation - by day/week/month (buildings you are assigned, "type" of coaching you do, teachers/departments you coach, etc.)

10:15-10:30 Break

10:30-11:15 What are your hats? 

• Sorts - sort your hats by building, by task category, etc.

• Prioritize your hats - must do, may do, would like to do

• Magic hats - what will have the most impact?
