Review the resource you created about the coaching models we explored this morning. Then, drawing from the existing models, create your own coaching model that addresses the "what" (What are you coaching around?) and the "how" (When? What is the approach? What does a cycle look like?).
Based on your work above, use Canva create a graphic that represents your own coaching model. Who in your district would benefit from seeing this?
