Both partners: develop questions to guide your conversation with your partner when you become their coach
Coach's role: help your partner understand and improve the area they want to strengthen through a coaching conversation

12:45-1:45 -How coaches can use their position to support change in the absence of instructional leadership
Leading Others - Article Study. Purpose for reading: up to five points that resonate with you. On sticky notes on chart papers in each of the four sections of the article (Balancing Ambition with Humility, Being a Multiplier, Creating Alignment, Making Good Decisions); gallery walk. (Padlet for those online)
1:45-2:00 - 20 Statements - choose one that represents your leadership or your aspirations for leadership. Discuss and create an addition to your "Coaching Shrine" - use a graphic design app like Canva, Adobe Express, DesignWizard, etc.
2:00-2:30 - Wrap-up, Summary, Next Steps
February 19's meeting is a mini-conference. Its success depends on your participation! Please review the agenda/format from last year's mini-conference and consider presenting a topic. Sign up by registering for the February 19, 2025 meeting.
