9:30-10:15 Role-alike subgroups; Resource of the Month

• Role-Alike Subgroup Assignments

  • 10 tables in this room, plus Carver, Mann, Mitchell, and Young rooms, TransformEd

• Google Folder for each Role-Alike Subgroup

• Spreadsheet to "sign up" to share a resource - inside each subgroup's folder

• This month's resource: Role-Specific Coach Standards - Explore standards relevant to your role and discuss how you can use the standards to define, clarify, or deepen your work.

• Think about your goal and where you anticipate being in May. Compose an email to yourself celebrating your success and schedule for 10:00 AM on May 7, 2026.

1:15-2:15 Time Management Strategy Walk

Zoom: One-hour breakout room. Each person shares a time management strategy they have used. With any extra time, plan your schedule to apply the strategies shared and/or review slides from this morning to strengthen your time management.

In Person: 

• 15 minutes at table groups; each person shares the strategy/tool they use

• Choose 3 people who would be willing to share in a "strategy walk" - stay at the table and share with others who join you

  • Can share your strategy/tool and/or others you heard from your table group

• Three rounds of 15 minutes
