The adjustment to life in higher education can present challenges that may be met with productive and healthy lifestyle changes. Students might need to develop new skills to implement change.
Using a calendar to time block and prioritize can help to narrow focus and manage time and obligations. Specific resources are helpful, but ultimately the most useful tools are utilized organically by students.
Procrastinating can be adapted to by using time management techniques. Some students thrive under pressure and can benefit most from reframing procrastination and how it works for them.
