There are a wealth of resources that can help you as you're preparing for your future career.
Emerson College Career Development Center is invaluable! To access their services, follow these recommended steps:
STEP 1: Start by watching one or more of these videos. These are recorded sessions from previous terms when the Career Development team met with our Speech@Emerson students. While you watch, take notes and prepare questions that are specific to your personal scenario:
STEP 2: Navigate to Handshake and sign up for 1:1 time with Tamar or Emi. They are both well versed in supporting Emerson's SLP students and can answer your questions and take what you learned in the videos above to the next level.
STEP 3: Sign up for and explore Emerge, Emerson's Student & Alumni Community. This is a great place to network with other Emersonians and stay in the loop about career related resources.
If you're looking for something extra, take a peek at the Career Engagement Network (CEN) produced by our partners at 2U.
