The Coming Crash

On the 10 Nov someone called Luke, said that your should not be in shares, that it is going to crash, and about losing it all. Is he right, I think he is right, there is going to be a sharemarket crash, not just in NZ but it will be in most western countries. European countries are massively in debt and what they are doing at the moment will not solve the problem. The USA is also massively in debt and has high unemployment, at least double what they are reporting are unemployed.

In 2007 there was a crash as the monetary instruments called “derivatives” lost there value and the great de-leveraging started. This was halted by flooding the global banking system with loads of cash that temporarily stopped the flow of toxic sludge. However this is only a temporary measure which will not halt the flow forever, the “cash levy” will fail and the toxic sludge will break through causing the Great De-leveraging to recommence.

At the moment I am stuck with the investments I have, but never fear, for one God is in control and two when the provision comes I will have enough money until the day Jesus Christ returns.
