Opening my Mouth with Boldness, to make Known the Evangel

By Mark Farquharson

I was lead to this passage below which is interesting given the work that is ahead during the time of the Open Door Ministry. It speaks of boldness, to do with speaking the evangel.

In the book Ephesians, Paul in chapter 6 explains what they the faithful of the church in Ephesus should be doing during every prayer and on every occasion.

Ephesians 6:18-20 During every prayer and petition be praying on every occasion (in spirit being vigilant also for it with all perseverance and petition concerning all the saints, and for me), that to me expression may be granted, in the opening of my mouth with boldness, to make known the secret of the evangel, for which I am conducting an embassy in a chain, that in it I should be speaking boldly, as I must speak." {CLV}

It is not just for Paul they were to be praying for, they were to pray this for all the saints and for Paul. They were to pray that the saints including Paul would be granted the opening of their mouths with boldness, to make known the secret of the evangel.

It is interesting that while I have come across this passage before, it was not the right time to write about it. Now that the time of the evangel going to the entire creation, is almost upon us, this is the time to write about it.

I have not prayed this myself, in the passed, for whatever reasons it was not the right time, but last night I prayed for all the saints, that to all the saints expression should be granted, in the opening of their mouths with boldness, to make known the secret of the evangel. This was the time to pray this prayer.

I know I myself have not been what I would consider bold. No doubt some of you have not be always bold. But now is the time for all of us to be bold, with the evangel, to make it known.

During the time coming up to the “Open Door Ministry” and the time of the Open Door Ministry, you should be praying concerning all the saints, the faithful, “that to all the saints expression should be granted, in the opening of their mouths with boldness, to make known the secret of the evangel.” Also I request that you pray for me, “that to me expression may be granted, in the opening of my mouth with boldness, to make known the secret of the evangel.”

Why for me especially? It has be revived to me, that I have a great work ahead. What is this great work? Dr Jones has said some would be travelling during the time of the Open Door Ministry. I will be one of the ones that will be travelling, I will be travelling the world. Not alone, I will have a group of people with me, I do not know who they will be at this stage. As I travel I will want to speak boldly, as Paul had to speak boldly, so must I. The revelation is a world tour. At this time I do not want to say to much about the work I have ahead, the world tour, I will say more when the time is right.

Thus just like Paul, I also have a request for me and all the saints, that “During every prayer and petition be praying on every occasion (in spirit being vigilant also for it with all perseverance and petition concerning all the saints, and for me), that to me expression may be granted, in the opening of my mouth with boldness, to make known the secret of the evangel, for which I am conducting the All Saved World Tour, that in it I should be speaking boldly, as I must speak."
