The Dunns, c.1920. with Taylor's, The Grocer, on the left and Jenkins, the Ironmonger in the centre, (later to be the site of Forte's Ice-cream Parlour). Lowther, Mumbles Pharmacy is the site of Boots the Chemist today. All the buildings on the seaward side of this part of The Dunns were demolished around 1970.

This part of The Dunns had very narrow pavements.

Known to locals as 'Kemps'

Very happy memories of " Kemps ". The staff were great with beautiful counters and wonderful displays.

The windows were also fantastic , as you can tell " I loved Kemps ".
