The Grade 9 Library Learning Commons orientation sessions are currently underway. The orientation is our first step in welcoming and encouraging our new students to make full use of the St. Jean de Brebeuf School Library Information Center (SLIC).

The goals of the orientation are to:

• introduce students to the resources & services available to them using hands on activities
• make them feel comfortable in the library environment

Individual Pathways Plan (IPP) Tasks help students plan their education and career while earning points for prize draws.

All Grade 9 students in the religion classes, with the assistance of the the Library Learning Commons teacher librarian successfully curated the initial phases of their IPP or Digital Learning Portfolio using the platform of myBlueprint.
