Student Council

It has been an exciting month for Student Council!

Student Council has welcomed two new teacher advisors, Ms. A. Carone & Mr. M. Buscemi, who are very dedicated to ensure that student voices are heard. We are also excited to introduce our new executive council for the 2019/2020 school year. Our President Jenelle G-M will be supported by our two new Vice Presidents Lael A. and Daniel M. Our council is fortunate enough to have two Directors of Social Communication, Emma D. and Julia L. as well as our Treasurer Giulia C. We also have two Social Conveners Giuseppe C. and Marcus Y. and our secretary Anthony L. As a council we are motivated to serve the student population of St. Jean De Brebeuf.

We have also introduced a new position into our council this year. Grade representatives will help communicate the concerns and ideas of their fellow classmates. We would like to welcome Isabella I. as our Grade 9 representative, Joshua G. and Katelyn C. as our Grade 10 representatives as well as Lucero P. and Alyssa R., our Grade 12 representatives.

Student Council is looking forward to the upcoming months. We have our Halloween Spirit week where students will be able to participate in a pumpkin carving contest, listen to Halloween music as they enjoy lunch, purchase items from our bake sale and participate in a costume contest.
