OSAID

The Ontario Students Against Imparied Driving (OSAID) council is exciting to present Drug Awareness week from November 25 - November 29th. Events will be running the entire week. They will include an impaired goggle activity where students will experience what it is like to see through the eyes of a person who is impaired and a car wreck being portrayed outside the school to remind students of the dangers of driving impaired. The York Regional Police are also coming in to talk to our grade 9 and10 students about the dangers of being impaired, and the OSAID council will be selling smoothies with all proceeds going toward MADD.
