ANNUAL LEAVE
In the entitlement of this leave, MXT provides paid leave of fourteen (14) calendar days per year, entitled after minimum of twelve (12) months service to all its permanent employees.
Managing departmental or project load is concerned Manager and Director’s responsibility. During lean durations of workload, an employee may be requested to avail their annual leaves in their entirety or a part thereof.
An employee may avail his/her annual leave minimum one (1) to maximum five (5) days at a stretch.
In case of maximum days, employee should handover important assignments and other miscellaneous data to his/her replacement or Manager to avoid any delays.
Annual leaves must be preplanned and approved by the Department Head and HR Department with a minimum advance notification period of one (1) week in order to avoid any inconveniences that may result thereof as per their need or Management instructions.
Weekends and Gazette holidays will be sandwiched in annual leave.
In case of resignation, redundancy, or termination from the service, the balance annual leaves will not be accumulated in any of the notice period nor will be en-cashable in such circumstances.
