DRESSING POLICY
1. PURPOSE
This policy defines the official dress code of MyTM (Pvt.) Ltd. and Xint Solutions (Pvt.) Limited as “MXT” staff members.
2. SCOPE
Attire is a reflection of professionalism as well as that of the Company’s brand and personality. A professional business appearance together with a high standard of personal hygiene is expected from all employees. The Official Dress Code of MXT is professional corporate attire in line with traditional Islamic modesty. At MXT every staff member is expected to have a professional business appearance together with a high standard of personal hygiene.

4. DRESS CODE
The dress code & professional attire of both genders are detailed below:
4.1. DRESS CODE FOR MALE EMPLOYEES
An appropriate dress code includes dress trouser, dress shirt, (necktie-optional) & dress shoes on all working days. Waist coat with shalwar kameez is must and referred on Fridays only.
Smart/Business casual is permitted also. Smart casual means Trouser, Shirt (without neckties), T-Shirts (with collar) and dress shoes.
Employees dealing directly with client or third party on behalf of company e.g. sales and business development department shall follow the formal dress code.
Moustache should be trimmed, tidy & well groomed.
Hair must be kept short & neatly styled.
Proper care of body hygiene is a must.
Collar less or sleeve less T-shirts, teared jeans, open sandals are strictly prohibited. Slippers are not allowed any day.
Bracelets and earrings are not permitted.
All internees must also follow the same dress code.
General staff i.e. drivers, security guards, tea boys, maintenance staff etc. shall always be dressed in uniforms.
Any writing on a shirt or otherwise must not be suggestive or profane.
4.2. DRESS CODE FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES
Female employees should dress elegantly without being ostentatious. Wearing headscarf and abaya is employee’s own choice.

Females staff are required to cover sleeves while on duty, training & on clients’ visit, as required. Half sleeved are permitted but not sleeveless.
All internees must also follow the same dress code.
Female staff is expected to exercise discretion in their choice of make-up & jewelry. Nails should not be longer than medium & may be polished only with neutral/non-flashy colors.
Proper care of body hygiene is a must.
Any writing on a shirt or otherwise must not be suggestive or profane.
5. HEALTH & HYGIENE
Personal Hygiene is the most important aspect of our daily life. The personality is perceived by its degree of neatness. The personal hygiene covers care of Body odor, Bad breath, Teeth, Nails, Ears, Nose, Hair, daily shower, shave (if not keeping proper beard), daily wear washed, clean, pressed cloths etc.
Every employee shall also be responsible to take care of health and the hygiene conditions of the offices / working areas. This not only covers the office decorum, but is also a legal requirement. Employees must:
Be familiar with and adhere to the health, safety rules applicable;
Conform to the highest standards of hygiene as an individual as well as team;
Cooperate with the management team to ensure compliance of health & safety legal requirements;
Report immediately, any potential security hazard to the employees;
Conserve rather than exploit nature;
Maintain display signs of “No Smoking Area”.
